Our Fearless Leader

William (Bill) Hays, Owner/President

As the Owner/President, Bill (and his 25 years of experience) is responsible for the continuous improvements with the organization enabling the highest performance and standards to effectively grow, ensure financial strength, and operational efficiency.  Bill ensures all internal controls and operational procedures are adhered to while also participating in the day to day management of our Service and Network Teams.  Bill believes that even though he is an owner; he is still responsible for assisting and growing as a technician and salesman as well.  So you will see him regularly doing service calls and going to meet customers.  He personally is involved in all major projects and decisions.


Before opening Patriot Technology Solutions, Bill, a military veteran, spent 5 years as the IT Manager for Johnny Mac's Sporting Goods (right up to the day they closed their doors in 2019.)  He also worked the 8 years before that as a Senior Network Engineer for a St. Louis based MSP.  In both positions he was the main point of contact for all projects, projects for multiple locations, and serious down-time related outages.  He is good under pressure and knows how to keep a level head.
